ANNUAL SALARY: R782 670,00 per annum (excluding benefits and allowances)

Requirements: • Grade 12 certificate plus a relevant tertiary qualification at NQF level 6 as accredited by SAQA in the Finance Environment • Five (5) years relevant work experience in Supply Chain Management of which two (2) -three (3) years thereof must be at supervisory level in the SCM Logistics environment.
Knowledge: • Knowledge and understanding of FMPPLA • Ability to manage and use allocated financial, information and other resources optimally.
Skills: • Render convincing presentations effective techniques to convey the intended message effectively • Possess the necessary oral, written communication skills • Ability to compile well written reports and the timely submission of reports • Monitor efficient and economic use of allocated funds and monitor expenditure trends.
Duties: • Manage receipt of goods, assets and services • Manage travel arrangements for staff, MPLs and external stakeholders • Manage lead times • Manage open purchase order processes • Manage purchase order processing • Manage the processing of requisitions • Oversee asset disposal resolutions • Manage Inventory • Identify and report on unauthorized, irregular, fruitless and wasteful expenditure • Perform any other function as may be directed by Supervisor.
