500 houses for Tlhabane West

Rustenburg – The Rustenburg Local Municipality (RLM)’s council has made certain resolutions on Tuesday, 27 March at the Rustenburg Civic Centre. 

ProPlan Technologies have been duly accredited by the social housing regulatory authority (SHRA). The project entails the construction of five hundred (500) family units with the intention of ultimately transferring the finished product to the municipality.

The project aligns with the municipality’s intent to establish an integrated and sustainable spatial city structure that requires improved integration between social amenities, economic opportunities and places of residence.
