We want to hear from you! Mental health support is crucial for wellbeing, and knowing what resources are available can make a big difference. Please take a moment to share whether your community has access to a mental health support group.

No, I’m not aware of any mental health support groups in my community. I only know of a few national helplines.

Yes, my community has a mental health support group to assist those who cannot afford private institutions. For serious cases, they provide free access to psychologists.
