Rustenburg – The Rustenburg Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) is calling on the community to donate books for their upcoming book sale. While the date of the sale is not yet confirmed, the collection of books is already in full swing to ensure a successful event that will raise crucial funds for animals in need.

Marisa Kruger, the inspector and manager of the Rustenburg SPCA, encourages residents to participate. “We urge everyone to donate books they no longer need,” she said. “Each book donated goes a long way in supporting the welfare of the animals in our care.”

This ongoing book collection is a perfect opportunity for community members to declutter their shelves and support a worthy cause. Whether you have a few novels, children’s books, or non-fiction volumes to spare, your donation can make a significant impact.

For more info or in case of emergency, please contact the Rustenburg SPCA office at 014 592 3181 or inspector Marisa Kruger at 084 885 5173.
