When people are being hired for certain positions, that which a person bring to the table must be the main consideration.
Yes. I think there are jobs that’s more suited for women, for example a receptionist… While jobs that are more physically demanding rather require men.
No, gender should not be a barrier or obstacle for any profession in this century. We are all equal. The playing field should be level.
