Rustenburg – An international medical humanitarian organisation, fighting the spread of the Ebola virus, is on a fundraising drive at the Waterfall Mall in Rustenburg until Saturday 14 July.

Doctors Without Borders fundraiser Michelle Ndlovu told Platinum Weekly that there were, so far, a promising number of people coming to make donations.

Ebola is a human to a human transmitted virus and causes acute and serious illness which is often fatal if left untreated. “We are currently focused on the virus in the DRC where we are trying to stop it from spreading to the rest of the continent. We are appealing to the community of Rustenburg to come forward to make a donation to this cause,” Michelle said.

For any further enquiries or how to donate feel free to contact Michelle at 067 077 6707 or come to visit them at their stall in the Waterfall Mall.

Here we’ve got two Samaritans that came and made a difference by donating. From left: Lerato Molutsi of Doctors Without Borders, Evelyn Tembo, Given Tjale, and Michelle Ndlovu, also of Doctors Without Borders.
