Rustenburg – Have you ever walked into a McDonald’s restaurant to grab some breakfast and the first thing you ordered was one of their burger meal options? Stop right there! McDonald’s also has a breakfast menu with an array of options that will suit any appetite and budget.

As you know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Here is why… Breakfast provides the body and brain with fuel after an overnight fast. That’s where its name originates, breaking the fast! Without breakfast, you are literally running on empty. This will reduce your performance for the rest of the day.

During a busy morning, it is easy not to prioritise breakfast. However, McDonald’s has made it convenient for you to give your body the right fuel that it needs. You can pop into one of our restaurants, drive-thru and if you are really pressed for time you can make use our convenient delivery options through the McDelivery or Uber Eats apps.

Take a moment for yourself and reboot! If you are craving something classic, you can go for the Egg McMuffin. For something new, try the Breakfast Wrap Meal. If you need something local, you can either go for the SA Big Breakfast or our Boerie Breakfast bun. Their breakfast range is made with fresh and quality ingredients, such as farm fresh eggs, and delicious warmly toasted English McMuffins.

Join McDonald’s for some breakfast fun with Nomzamo Mbatha, and you could stand a chance to have breakfast with this megastar. Simply visit @McDonalds_SA or @nomzamo_m. #TakeAMoment.
