Rustenburg – Imagine being surprised with a new Volvo XC40 ‘car of the year’? One such special moment was celebrated at the launch of the Volvo XC40 at the Waterfall Mall on Wednesday, 25 March.

For a family steeped in the Volvo tradition, it only came natural for Owen McCree to buy it for wife.
When he set his eyes on the new model of the Swedish automobile, he knew he had to buy it for his darling Marleen.

The Volvo seed was planted back in 2012 when Owen bought Marleen McCree her first Volvo and her love for the Volvo blossomed and kept growing.

At the official launch, dealer principal of Auto Baltic Rustenburg, Christo Henning, said: “The new Volvo XC40 has everything you need. This is a fantastic and exciting time at Volvo. We are in the process of showing off our new products one after the other in the biggest transformation of a brand in recent history. It was a fantastic and successful night. Thank you - to all the Volvo supporters throughout the years.”
