LYNN WINS SA DUATHLON TITLE

Rustenburg – Local athlete Lynn van Tonder, a proud member of the Rustenburg Cycling Club, clinched gold at the South African Duathlon Championship held on 12 July 2025 in Hoekwil, George.

Representing North West province, Lynn conquered the gruelling 5km run, 20km cycle, and 2.5km run event, taking first place in the 65–69 age category. Her club beamed with pride, saying, “Lynn reminds us all that age is just a number – with heart and determination, anything is possible.”
