Rustenburg – Braving the elements, members of the Rustenburg Cycling Club took on the challenging Amashova National Classic Race on Sunday 20 October 2024. As the oldest road classic cycling event in South Africa, the race lived up to its reputation, presenting participants with a gruelling combination of cold, rain, and wind. Despite the harsh conditions, the cyclists pushed through, demonstrating remarkable determination and strength in one of the country’s most iconic cycling events.
