Rustenburg – On Saturday 6 July 2024, Sibanye-Stillwater SAPGM Rugby Club asserted their dominance on their home ground with resounding victories against Klerksdorp Rugby Club in a Neser A-League match.

The first team triumphed with a score of 54-19, while the second team followed suit with an impressive 60-10 win. Winger Peter Camagu was a standout performer for the first team, being named man of the match for his four tries. Denver Dayile, Mcebesi Nomandela, Llewellyn van Niekerk, and Dewaldt Havenga each scored a try, and Jaco Pretorius successfully converted seven out of eight tries. Looking ahead, Sibanye-Stillwater SAPGM Rugby Club is set to face the Hurricanes in Stilfontein on Saturday 13 July 2024. Head coach Joel Scherman said, “We are confident in our next game against the Hurricanes.”
