CASMAR Impala Rugby Club shows strength 

Rustenburg – It was a day of mixed results for the CASMAR Impala Rugby Club on Saturday 11 May 2024 as they faced off against the Potch Dorp Rugby Club in Potchefstroom. While the first team encountered a tough match, ending in a 34-17 defeat, the second team showcased their skill, clinching a resounding 39-17 victory.

Head coach Joe Engelbrecht remains optimistic about the team’s prospects on their home turf. “Next, we take on Matlosana Rugby Club right here at the Impala Rugby Club in Rustenburg,” he said, referring to the upcoming match on Saturday, 18 May 2024. “With five home games ahead, we are hopeful and aiming for victory in each one to build our momentum.”

Engelbrecht expressed high spirits and a strategic focus, underlining the team’s readiness to transform their aspirations into achievements as the season progresses.
