Rustenburg – Two promising young soccer players, leaners from Tshukudu High School, will be attending trials with the Lamontville Golden Arrows, a professional soccer team campaigning in the elite PSL.

The two, Kwanele Ramotladi and Sosule Zunguzane, were picked up by Golden Arrows scouts during their local team “Kill Them All Stars” games. The pair left last week for Pietermaritzburg where the team is based.

According to the school headmaster, Tshireletso Motheng, the boys had worked hard and deserve to be in the professional league to hone their skills. “They helped the school won a new soccer kit in at the ‘Sport against Crime’ schools’ competition.  They’ve got what it takes!” he said.

To back up his assertion, the school principal pointed Platinum Weekly to a cabinet packed with trophies. “We are top in all Bafokeng schools when it comes to collecting trophies,” Motheng said.
