Tragic collision claims four lives on R24

Rustenburg – A devastating head-on collision claimed the lives of four people on Sunday evening, 29 September 2024. The accident occurred at approximately 21:30 on the R24, just past Brauhaus Afrika, involving a silver Volkswagen Polo and a blue Land Rover.

All four occupants of the Polo — three men and one woman — tragically lost their lives in the collision. 

JustMed24 responded promptly, but despite their best efforts, the impact of the collision was too severe to save the Polo’s passengers.

Operational director Marchant Jacobs shared heartfelt condolences, saying, “Our hearts go out to those who have tragically lost their lives.”

The six occupants of the Land Rover sustained minor injuries and were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
