Mooinooi ATM bombed

Mooinooi – An ATM at the BP filling station in Mooinooi, next to the R104, was bombed at around 1am on Tuesday 1 February 2022. 

(Almost the same time as the Puma filling station ATM bombing and the earthquake)… 
Police spokesperson lieutenant colonel Amanda Funani said a petrol attendant at the filling station spotted two people walking around the garage shortly before a loud explosion was heard.

“The suspects were armed with guns. The suspects failed to loot the ATM,” she added. Investigations continue.
