Rustenburg – Are you ready to take on a marathon? The Platinum Belt Marathon in conjunction with Royal Mogale, Anglo American Platinum and Lonmin, takes place on Sunday, 26 November.

Marathon athletes will have an early start, where their mettle will be truly tested as they take to the track. The races gets underway at 05h30 and cut off time is six hours later.

• 42km – starting at the Caltex Garage in Phokeng at 5h30. Finishing at Marikana Wonderkop Stadium at 11h30.
• 21km – starting at Bleskop 4-way stop (D108 road) at 5h30. Finishing at Marikana Wonderkop Stadium at 8h30.
• 10km – starting at Marikana Wonderkop Stadium and finishing at Marikana Wonderkop Stadium.
