Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 4(1)(a)–(b) of the Regulations Relating to the Management of Human Remains, Government Notice R.363 of 22 May 2013, promulgated in terms of the National Health Act, 2003 (Act 61 of 2003), of the intention of: ICEBOLETHU GROUP to apply for a Certificate of Competence in respect of a mortuary situated at: Portion 02 of ERF 1097, located on 5 Heystek Street, Rustenburg, 0300 The application will be submitted to the BOJANALA PLATINUM DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY Municipal Health and Environmental Services Department. Any person who may be affected by the proposed use of the premises as a mortuary and who wishes to object to the application is hereby invited to submit a written objection, stating and substantiating the reasons for the objection, to the below-mentioned municipality. Objections must be lodged within 21 days from the date of publication of this notice.
