Rustenburg – She may only be eight-years old, but Kaitlin Kruger is showing that intelligence, a positive outlook towards life and an attitude of determination is key towards achieving success.

The young model made a huge impression at the International Junior Miss South Africa pageant, held at Sun City from Thursday 27 February to 1 March.

Her pretty face, smile and intelligence wowed the judges and she was crowned North West provincial winner as well as third runner-up in the 7 – 9 years age group. She is very grateful to everyone who made it possible for her to achieve this milestone.

Kruger, who started her modelling career at the age of six by joining R&B Modelling School, is on the way to the top!

Besides her achievement at the International Junior Miss South Africa pageant, she has acquitted herself well in numerous other competitions.

She has also touched people’s hearts with her kind and loving personality and willingness to always go the extra mile to support and motivate her friends and fellow models.

Kruger is passionate about getting involved in initiatives that uplift her community and her love of animals makes her always willing to lend a helping hand at the Rustenburg Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA).

Her favourite subject is mathematics.

The motto she lives by is a simple one: Always smile to the world but never let the world change your smile!
