Rustenburg – Award winning music group Joyous Celebration will take the stage at Sun City’s Superbowl on Saturday 21 September for what is anticipated to be an electrifying performance.  

The show will be one of the highlights of their Joyous 23 tour, which has so far seen them performing in Gauteng, Western Cape and Mpumalanga.

Joyous Celebration has become a household name in the local music industry.  
Sun City is one of their favourite venues and their many followers are likely to fill the venue expecting to be uplifted by their captivating gospel songs. 

Platinum Weekly spoke to members of the choir Jabu Hlongwane, Gospel Silinda, Andiswa Mbantsa and Phumzile Luthuli who are ecstatic about their upcoming performance,
Jabu described the Superbowl as a special and unique venue with an atmosphere that always makes for a great performance. 

“Our performance will definitely be full of energy. I feel excited and look forward to it,” Gospel said.

Pumzile said they are now making the final touches to their preparations. 

“People must come expecting an encounter with God. We have prayed and fasted and we hope our performance will have a positive impact on many lives,” Phumzile added. 

Andiswa advised fans to purchase the Joyous 23 CD so that they can sing along during the show.   
Tickets are available at Computicket and Shoprite/ Checkers outlets for R180 and are selling fast.  

Ticket holders will also have free access to the Valley of Waves on the day.
