Rustenburg – Two Rustenburg Local Municipality (RLM) councillors have graduated from the Wits School of Governance.

They are now using the knowledge and skills acquired from the prestigious tertiary institution to contribute towards the smooth running of the city.

After successfully completing their studies, councillors Latelang Nkgoang and Joyce Mashishi-Ntsime were both awarded certificates on Municipal Governance during a graduation ceremony held on Thursday 8 August.

The speaker of the RLM, councillor Sheila Mabale-Huma, accompanied them to Johannesburg for the graduation.

“The Rustenburg Local Municipality congratulates the two councillors for their achievement,” said David Magae, the spokesperson of the municipality.
