Rustenburg – The annual Golden Oldies Motor Show took place at Impala Rugby Club on Monday 17 June. Motor enthusiasts mark this annual event as one of the biggest motor shows in the North West province.

This yearly exhibition draws car buffs to view everything from vintage classic models – to hot rods and much more! Various muscle cars, rat rods, and stationary engines were also on display.

Young and old were in awe of the dedication and hard work exhibitioners put into their cars.
The day was action-packed with a play-area for kids, food stalls, a beer garden and live performance by Jakkie Louw.

One of the organisers of the show, Jean-Jacques van Schalkwyk, said in an interview with Platinum Weekly:

“A big thank you to all the supporters and helpers of the day. It was a spectacular event – watch this space next year!”
