Rustenburg – Platinum Square was filled with the smell of braai fires and the sound of music on Saturday 29 September.


Platinum Square celebrated Heritage Day by hosting a braai where teams of four competed for not only bragging rights – but also amazing prizes! 


Hub manager of Hisense Tebogo Bodibe; group bursary coordinator at Glencore Miralda du Toit; and manager at Ocean Basket Platinum Square Josias Viljoen were the judges for this competition.


In the winner’s circle, the best stall went to Mine Rescue, and the best team spirit to  Steel and Pipes. As for the braai champions, Westvaal Motors came in third, Fidelity Security in second position and the ultimate winners and braai masters title went to Mine Rescue.


The team at Platinum Square made sure that the day was a massive success with entertainers Keagan Rossouw, Gerrie Pretorius and Pieter Koen.

Tjiff and Tjaff also made an appearance to entertain the little ones. It was a fun day filled with laughter, good food and a great atmosphere!

said Elise Magor at Platinum Square.
