Rustenburg – The Waterfall Mall’s ‘Dinner under the Stars’ event was not only a huge success, it was also a celebration of good friends, great food and amazing entertainment.

The charity event was held between the palm trees of the Waterfall Mall and was described by many as the best charity event of the season.

The atmosphere was perfect! Upon arrival, you were greeted by Mrs Rustenburg, Chantel Krause and Mrs Rustenburg Photogenic, Chané Venter, before being ushered to your seats.

The master of ceremonies was none other than Mr South Africa 2014, John Owens, who had the audience in stitches before introducing Wikus Botha to the stage. Wikus’s tributes and cover songs had the crowd singing along to a few well-known favourites before making way for the energetic musical styles of Refentse. With an amazing stage personality, Refentse had the entire crowd clapping along and joining in the evening’s fun.

All told, the evening was wonderful and would not have been possible without the organisers of the event, Mrs Rustenburg Foundation and the Waterfall Mall team and the sponsors.  The sponsors included: Ola Ice Cream, Heinlein World Travel, Hunters Rest Pub & Grill, Sunset Ridge Guest Lodge and Laboda Event Hire.
